How does sizing work?

You can check out more details about our sizing and order process here, but all robes are designed to fit One Size Regular S/M/L and One Size Plus XL/2X/3X. All pajamas run S/M?L/XL/2XL. They both run true to size, but if you're worried about it, we always suggest to size up just in case. 

Why does it take so long to get apparel items?

We elaborate in more detail on this here if you would like to learn more. However, we are a small shop and do not have space to keep thousands of pieces of inventory so we operate on a "pre-order" basis and place all orders at the beginning of every month.

Do you offer embroidery?

Currently we do not offer embroidery options through the site. However, we do have an embroidery partner that we work with an can offer this service for an additional fee. If you would like your items embroidered, contact us and we can arrange it. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. You can read more about our policy here. If you are unhappy with your items or there is a mistake, we will absolutely make it right. We gladly will accept blank (non-customized) items as returns. Due to the custom nature of some items, we are not able to accept returns of personalized gifts.  We are happy to acomodate for exchanges as needed, but keep in mind turnaround time may vary based on our order times. 

What is the VIB experience?

This is an exclusive one-on-one personal shopping experience. You will reserve your zoom meeting date and time and will be connected with a member of our team. We will chat about your wedding and the products and services you need (or help brainstorm ideas if you are stuck) and provide you with an itemized estimate and pricing so you can have upfront pricing and have a chance to budget for it.
