All orders are considered "pre-orders" and will be added to our monthly order that is placed on the 1st if purchased prior to the end of the month.

For example, if you purchase a robe on April 28th, you can expect to be added to the May 1st order and will receive your order in mid May. If you purchase a pajama set on May 11th, you will be added to the June order and can expect to receive your items in mid June.

We will accept returns on blank (non-customized) items however due to the custom nature of our products, personalized items cannot be returned. We can accommodate exchanges, but know that there will be an extended timeframe on exchanged items as we will have to reorder the item with our next monthly order.
